Regional Sailing Associations
Regional Sailing Associations are composed of yacht clubs and local sailing associations in a specific geographical area who pay modest dues to the Regional organization
Delegates from member yacht clubs and local sailing associations elect RSA Officers. RSA's support US SAILING's initiatives of leadership, advancement and integrity for sailing through the organization of racing, regattas, and handicapping for sailing within the RSA's regional area.
